For the past decade, Semlex has been operating in Comoros to produce highly secure identity documents for Comorian citizens.

In April 2014, in the village of Mlabanda, Semlex inaugurated the installation of a solar pumping station. This marked the beginning of a long series of social projects for Semlex.
