Since its inception, Semlex Ivory Coast has been committed to strengthening its corporate culture through friendly gatherings and annual outings. These initiatives aim to enhance internal communication, reinforce cohesion, and encourage collaboration among colleagues.

In this spirit, on October 25 and 26, 2024, the Boulay Beach Resort (BBR), located on Boulay Island just 25 minutes by boat from Abidjan, hosted two key events: a day dedicated to reviewing objectives and preparing the 2024-2025 budget, followed by a teambuilding day.

Day 1: Special Session on the 2024-2025 Budget and Objectives

On October 25, teams gathered for collaborative workshops focused on the 2024 objectives and 2025 budget forecasts. These cross-departmental working sessions facilitated constructive exchanges, offering an in-depth understanding of the challenges related to each mission.

In a studious yet welcoming atmosphere, the discussions helped to strengthen a shared vision and align strategies for the coming years.

Day 2: Teambuilding to Strengthen Team Spirit

October 26 was all about relaxation and conviviality! The day began with an inspiring speech by the General Manager, who expressed his gratitude to the teams for their ongoing efforts. He then officially launched the teambuilding activities.

Divided into five teams (Odoo, Orbis, Power BI, Meraki, and Nutanix), participants competed amicably through a series of games and challenges, including quizzes, hiking with tasks, sports activities, and water-based events.

After the efforts, everyone came together for a large collective lunch, enjoying a friendly and warm atmosphere. These shared moments not only strengthened bonds between colleagues but also created memorable experiences beyond the professional setting.

This new edition was a remarkable success, marked by the enthusiasm and engagement of all participants. The cheerful atmosphere and strong team spirit were palpable, and everyone left with smiles on their faces—some even with new terrestrial or aquatic adventures under a sunny sky!
